I recently had the opportunity to ask L.P. one question. This was what she had to say about her inspiration.

What is my inspiration for writing books?
There are so many things that help inspire me. It can be music, people, movies, art, the weather (yes, I said weather….lol) and books. I write the best when it’s rainy and stormy outside (why? I have no clue, but I do). My own life experiences have helped me with the writing process as well. I take things in my own life and combine them into my characters. My characters are a mish-mash of all the people I hold dear to my heart. They don’t know that either….lol.
